Job Descriptions:

  • Develop marketing initiatives to leverage awareness, generate leads, boost engagement and build loyalty to secure business from potential and returning customers (B2C) & partners (B2B)
  • Lead, develop and execute marketing (events, media, omnichannel platforms, partnership, brand) strategy to support sales performance
  • Lead, strategize and deliver seemless omnichannel experience

Requirements:

  • Have a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
    7-year experience in progressive experience in leading go-to marketing campaigns, brand management, digital marketing, business development, on-ground events and project management
  • Possess data-driven mindset
    Strong in understanding and executing different Go to markets and lead generation models
  • Strong in strategic thinking (experience in writing strategy for brands and portfolio)
  • Strong in creativity and presentation skills (excellent communicator and salesmanship)
  • Strong in stakeholder management, collaborating with all levels of cross functional leaders and managing multiple stakeholders in driving strong business outcomes

Job Descriptions:

  • Lead a team of digital markers which includes social media, performance marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, email & text marketing
  • Generate sales revenue by creating leads for distribution omni-channel via paid ads (display & social), email and text messaging
  • Track trends and perform competitive analysis whilst monitoring best practices in the market
  • Develop, implement, analyze, and iterate digital marketing plans to increase brand awareness, leads generation to sales and conversion rate
  • Plan and execute all forms of digital marketing including display ads, SEM/SEO, social media, marketing automation, email & text messaging marketing
  • Plan and execute, within budget, events, promotions and campaigns on digital platforms and assess against goals (ROAS and KPIs).

Requirements:

  • 7-year experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Proven tack of leading a team of digital markers which includes social media, performance marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, email & text marketing
  • Active relevant Digital Marketing certifications
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia & English
  • Strong ability to read and improve ROAS data performance.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media hacks, trends and KPIs
  • Strong working experience with digital marketing tools and techniques (Google Marketing, Meta Business, social media analytics & ad tools, CRM tools, engagement, attribution & automation tools)
