Job Descriptions:

  • Define problem statement, decomposition, and solution through data analysis
  • Work with stakeholders to scope and define the needs of business
  • Ensure marketing and overall business efforts are focused on delivering impactful and actionable outcomes
  • Maintain and improve data management processes and accuracy
  • Manage data engineering including, data source integration, data pipelining, data wrangling and data analysis
  • Collaborate across cross-functional stakeholder teams to improve processes and help stakeholders become more data savvy.
  • Develop and conduct experiments to validate findings from observational research.
  • Communicate and visualise insights to multiple levels of stakeholders with clarity, informed decision-making.
  • Lead and conduct omni-channel data research and analysis to identify opportunities
  • Design customer cohorts to be targeted for actionable O2O campaigns
  • Lead continuous and consistent testing and learning to maximize consumers’ lifetime value in maximizing KPI improvement, ROI, and business impact.
  • Generate and deliver compelling insights to business leaders to inform strategic decision on products initiatives
  • Analyze data from Oracle platform to inform business development and campaigns
  • Produce CRM initiatives and its execution
  • Develop consumer analytics and behavior report based on common characteristics (purchase history, consumer behavior and demographics)
  • Analyze consumer journey mapping and business touch-points to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation of models against lifetime value, retention, churn, loyalty, and advocacy programs.

 

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience as data scientist or analyst
  • Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience in mining and using data to facilitate business decisions
  • Experience in big data and cloud platforms (Oracle is preferred) to deploy large-scale data science solutions.
  • Experience in Marketing Analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, SaaS mobile marketing)
  • Experience in SQL and statistical analysis
  • Experience working in ecommerce, marketing, customer analytics space, business analysis or business intelligence
  • Possess the ability to ask the right questions, translate data to business insights and communicate technical information to the business audience
  • Customer-service oriented, self-motivated, proactive, thirsty for knowledge, critical attention to detail, creative problem-solver.
  • Possess strong analytical mind, business acumen, critical thinking and data driven mindset
  • Possess strong math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra)
  • Skillful in written and verbal communication with experience in report presentations to top management stakeholders
  • Possess the ability to work with strategic thinking, and motivated learner
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong in project management and planning skills.
  • Experience in business intelligence, business analytics, data mining and insights, trend Analysis , forecasting and pattern recognition

  • Excellent verbal and written skills with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia & English

Job Descriptions:

  • Generate leads via paid ads (display & social), email and text messaging
  • Track trends and perform competitive analysis whilst monitoring best practices in the market
  • Develop, implement, analyze, and iterate digital marketing plans to increase brand awareness, leads generation to sales and conversion rate
  • Plan and execute all forms of digital marketing including display ads, SEM/SEO, social media marketing, email & text messaging marketing
  • Plan and execute, within budget, events, promotions and campaigns on digital platforms and assess against goals (ROAS and KPIs).
  • Constantly test, track and improve digital performance by focusing on customer behavior, usage patterns, spends and other data driven insights
  • Create marketing materials, including website, Google Ads, social media advertising, HTML emails, landing pages
  • Handle day-to-day communications with CRM team, branch offices, product team, visual designers, social media strategist, customer support and Marketing Head

  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Moengage, HubSpot, or similiar platform
  • Experience in managing Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Experience with SMS and push notification marketing.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS for email design would be great
  • Familiar to meta ads or google ads

Job Description:

  • Responsible for creating visually appealing designs & videos for various digital promotional materials
  • Aware of design elements consistency for brand identity, such as logos, colors, and fonts, and maintaining consistency in accordance with the Brand Guidelines.
  • Create and edit engaging videos, for social media content (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok)
  • Generate video content for TikTok and Reels by editing video compilations and selecting captivating songs in line with current trends.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a team-based, fast-paced
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetic
  • Understanding of visual elements (layout, color, type and fonts) and familiar with Canva & Adobe Ilustrator
  • Have experience in editing videos for Reels & Tiktok using Capcut
  • Creative mind and storytelling skills

Job Description:

  • Responsible for overall CMS update the website, including the latest promotions, banners, and website content.
  • Create and manage the database of website articles within the WordPress platform for Dwidayatour every month.
  • Organize and upload visual content for all Dwidayatour website content and articles.
  • Accountable for updating product data (tickets, tours, fun experiences, hotels, etc.) for each travel fair event in collaboration with the General Product team and Event team.

Requirements:

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems.
  • Having a minimum of 1 year of experience in handling CMS tools and WordPress.
